LPK11 Two-Way Hydraulic Ball Valve is a high-pressure, quarter-turn isolation valve designed specifically for demanding hydraulic circuits, providing fast, leak-free on/off flow control and unobstructed full-bore flow in heavy-duty industrial and mobile equipment applications.

Product Description

The two-way hydraulic ball valve is engineered to safely regulate and isolate the flow of hydraulic oils and fluids in high-pressure systems. Utilizing a robust floating ball design with a central bore, the valve achieves rapid 90-degree open/close actuation. When aligned, the full-bore configuration ensures unrestricted flow with minimal pressure drop; when rotated perpendicular to the flow path, system pressure forces the ball against precision-machined POM or PTFE seat seals, delivering a bubble-tight shutoff.

Constructed from high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel with protective zinc or nickel plating, the valve body is designed to withstand continuous operating pressures up to 500 bar (7,250 psi) and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +100°C. Available in compact block-type or sleeve-type designs with threaded (BSPP, NPT) or cutting-ring connections, it integrates seamlessly into complex hydraulic manifolds and piping systems.

The series includes BK, MK, KH, BKK, KHZ, KHDL type high pressure ball valves.
