LPK14 High Pressure 3 way Ball Valve

LPK14 High Pressure 3 way Ball Valve

LPK14 Three-Way Hydraulic Ball Valve, a high-pressure, quarter-turn directional control valve engineered for complex hydraulic circuits, utilizing L-port or T-port ball configurations to efficiently divert, mix, or alternate fluid flow between multiple actuators and system branches.

Product Description

The three-way hydraulic ball valve is designed to manage multi-path hydraulic systems with a single, compact component. By rotating a ball with an L-shaped or T-shaped internal bore 90 degrees, the valve precisely redirects pressurized hydraulic oil. The L-port design is ideal for alternating flow from a single inlet to two separate outlets (or completely shutting off the flow), while the T-port design allows for fluid mixing, splitting, or simultaneous flow through all three ports.

Built to withstand extreme hydraulic environments, these valves operate at pressures up to 500 bar (7,250 psi) and feature robust carbon steel or stainless steel bodies with high-performance POM or PTFE seats for bubble-tight sealing. Available in compact block-style or threaded configurations, they provide a highly reliable, low-pressure-drop alternative to traditional spool valves for basic hydraulic routing.

LPK15 series is special for 4-way high pressure ball valve.

Key Features

  • Versatile Flow Routing: L-port for directional switching and isolation; T-port for fluid mixing, diverting, or full three-port communication.
  • High-Pressure Reliability: Rated up to 500 bar (7,250 psi) with pressure-assisted floating ball sealing to ensure zero-leakage performance.
  • Fast 90° Actuation: Simple manual lever operation allows for rapid circuit switching and clear visual position indication.
  • Compact Manifold Design: Block-style construction saves valuable space in tight hydraulic panels and mobile equipment.
  • Low Pressure Drop: Full-bore, unobstructed flow paths minimize energy loss and system heat generation.
  • Rugged Construction: Forged steel body with anti-corrosion treatment (e.g., zinc/nickel plating) to withstand harsh industrial and mobile environments.
  • ISO 5211 top mounting pad: Available bracket for easy retrofitting of pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators for automated control.

Typical Applications

  • Mobile & Construction Machinery: Switching hydraulic flow between different actuators in excavators (boom/arm), loaders (lift arms/bucket tilt), and backhoes.
  • Agricultural Equipment: Selecting and routing hydraulic power between different tractor attachments (e.g., plows, seeders).
  • Industrial Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs): Selecting between redundant pump circuits, main/standby systems, or routing return lines.
  • Manufacturing & Machine Tools: Controlling dual-cylinder clamping systems or alternating pressurization in injection molding and stamping equipment.
  • Marine & Offshore: Managing deck machinery, winch controls, and steering circuit alternation.
